Indication:
Lincomycin is a bacteriostatic narrow spectrum antibiotic of the lincomide group, that is used in infections
caused by anaerobic bacteria and by sensitive gram positive aerobic bacteria, especially staphylococcus spp and
streptococcus spp.Lincomycin is used in the treatment of osteomyelitis because of its excellent penetration into
bone tissues.
